Since 90% of our coming orders will be pre-orders, shipping will take 1-2 weeks, particularly as we're currently in the pre-order phase. No Refund Policy ↩️

Thank you for shopping with Haute Theotokos. We are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing and accessories. Please read our no refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds 🚫

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchased items, except as required by law. Once an order is confirmed and the payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason unless outlined in the Exchange Policy.

2. Exchange Policy ⏳️

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, providing detailed information and photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, replace the item with the same or a similar product of equal value. Please note that exchanges for sizing issues will incur a fee, and return shipping costs must be handled by the customer. We encourage you to find the appropriate size using our sizing chart before making a purchase.

3. Eligibility for Exchange 💱

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. The exchange process will not be initiated until we have received and inspected the returned item.

4. Return Shipping  🫴

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Haute Theotokos for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your returned items.

5. Exceptions 

Refunds and exchanges are not available for personalized or custom-made items. Additionally, final sale and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or a dislike of the purchased item. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
